ICVFX is the acronym for In-Camera Visual Effects.

This is where virtual environments, physical set pieces and actors are blended seamlessly together to produce final pixels in real-time during a live action shoot.

The true benefit comes from the real-time feedback loop which gives key onset creatives such as Directors, DOPs, Production Designers and VFX Supervisors the ability to collaborate, make decisions and capture final pixels and photorealism in-camera with little post work required.

ICVFX has become famous due to LED Volumes, they tend to be a semi-enclosed or fully enclosed motion-tracked sets surrounded by LED panels. We have specialised in-house operating systems that our team utilise to drive the workflow and wall when we work within LED Volumes.
