Victor Naveira

Victor Naveira is an indigenous Creative Director and CoFounder of The Granary, a Virtual Production Studio. Having lived and breathed Virtual Production practices for the past decade, including working for leading Visual Effects company Weta Digital’s Motion Capture Department, Victor is excited to be at the forefront of the next evolution of content creation – the Virtual Revolution.

A creative problem solver who has extensive technical and operational experience in VFX Virtual Production tooling, methodologies and workflows. An accomplished leader of teams, workflows and creative strategies, who has covered the gamut of the entertainment industry from pre-production, onset workflows and final picture post production. Having worked in senior leadership positions on a variety of global advertising campaigns, Hollywood blockbusters, local feature films and episodic series. Victor has fostered a reputation and wide network within the NZ film industry and is known for being a technical problem solver and go getter.
